I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) providing individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create meaningful change.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a public school teacher and counselor, which deepened my understanding of the challenges people face at all stages of life. That experience continues to inform my work today, especially with teens and young adults navigating transitions, stress, anxiety, and identity development.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process—you don’t have to figure things out alone. I'm here to support you, however you identify and wherever you are in your journey. Together, we’ll work toward building insight, developing practical tools, and fostering resilience in a safe, affirming space.

All of our psychiatrists are board-certified and have extensive experience in providing mental health services. They have received specialized training in various areas of psychiatry and are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients.
