He has an extensive background in owning and operating both behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities, residential and out-patient, in Oklahoma and Texas. He has also served as a Volunteer Chaplin for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System at Hutchins State Jail, in Hutchins, Texas.
Arthur set out to develop a behavioral health clinic that could serve as a templet for all other behavioral health clinics and have accomplished the goal. He has assembled a team of accomplished psychiatrists along with an excellent range of experienced therapists, including bilingual, to serve the needs of wide range of clients.

I obtained my bachelors degree in business administration from TWU and I’m a native of Denton. I have two wonderful daughters and love spending time with family. It took me many years to discover my purpose outside of being a mother but I have found it. Working in the mental health and substance abuse world has helped me find my purpose.
