We are seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in delivering high-quality mental health care. This role involves both in-office visits and onsite psychiatric care at local assisted living communities, with an emphasis on the geriatric population. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with an interest in geriatric psychiatry and neurocognitive disorders. The position offers flexibility and has the potential to transition into a full-time role as the clinic expands.  

Qualifications

- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas

- PMHNP (Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) certification preferred

- Active DEA License Required 

- Experience with geriatric mental health, dementia, or long-term care facilities strongly preferred

- Comfortable working independently in offsite settings

- Strong communication, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
