He has an extensive background in owning and operating both behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities, residential and out-patient, in Oklahoma and Texas. He has an extensive background in owning and operating both behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities, residential and out-patient, in Oklahoma and Texas. He has also served as a Volunteer Chaplin for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System at Hutchins State Jail, in Hutchins, Texas. Arthur set out to develop a behavioral health clinic that could serve as a templet for all other behavioral health clinics and have accomplished the goal. He has assembled a team of accomplished psychiatrists along with an excellent range of experienced therapists, including bilingual, to serve the needs of wide range of clients.

Dr. Gurjeet Kalra, Psychiatrist

Dr. Kalra earned his medical degree from SP Medical College in India in 1978. He completed his Psychiatry residency training in the United States in 1989. With over 35 years of experience in mental health, Dr. Kalra specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, alcohol and/or substance abuse/dependence, and more. His extensive experience and dedication to the field have made him a respected and skilled practitioner in mental health care.

Zofia earned her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in addiction studies from the University of North Texas, followed by a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas Passionate about supporting young people, Zofia is one of the leaders of the Young Adult Ministry at Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Parish, where she helps foster spiritual growth and connection. With a creative spirit and hands-on experience in art therapy, she is
eager to guide her clients through their healing journeys using expressive art therapy alongside other psychotherapy techniques.
