Arthur set out to develop a behavioral health clinic that could serve as a templet for all other behavioral health clinics and have accomplished the goal. He has assembled a team of accomplished psychiatrists along with an excellent range of experienced therapists, including bilingual, to serve the needs of wide range of clients.

Dr. Kalra earned his medical degree from SP Medical College in India in 1978. He completed his Psychiatry residency training in the United States in 1989. With over 35 years of experience in mental health, Dr. Kalra specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, alcohol and/or substance abuse/dependence, and more. His extensive experience and dedication to the field have made him a respected and skilled practitioner in mental health care.
